The JCTPRINT ultrasonic anilox roller cleaning machine is designed for deep cleaning ceramic anilox rolls used in flexographic, corrugated, coating and laminating applications.

High-frequency ultrasonic cavitation loosens dried ink and coating residues inside the engraved cells. The contaminants are then separated from the roll surface without mechanical brushing, helping restore cell performance and improve ink transfer consistency.

Machine dimensions, tank length, ultrasonic power and electrical configuration can be customized according to the roller specifications and local power supply.
