Flute selection

The most important parameter is the flute profile.Our professional technicians have rich experience in designing flute profile, and there will be no problems such as paper breaks, high-low flute etc.

We design the flute profile according to customer’s medium paper GSM, speed, FCT requirement. The flute profile is more reasonable, suitable to customer’s machine

• The final processing of the corrugated profile is carried out by a high-precision automatic CNC corrugated roller special grinder, and the limit deviation of the teeth is controlled          within 0.01mm.

• Using the most advanced thermal spraying system JP8000 HP/HVOF, it creates precise control over flame performance and coating repeatability, achieving unique coating quality.

• Using automatic CNC corrugated roller production process dedicated polishing machine and self-developed grinding and polishing technology, the roller surface finish can reach Ra<0.6μm, which improves the groove shape accuracy and ensures the quality of corrugated rollers.
