Advanced Sleeve Technology

01. Lightweight Aramid Honeycomb Core

Sleeve Ultra™ uses an aramid honeycomb      supporting structure to reduce sleeve weight      while maintaining structural support.      The honeycomb core provides energy absorption,      impact resistance and damping characteristics,      supporting stable operation during flexographic      printing.

02. FiberP™ Inner Layer

The FiberP™ inner layer combines glass      fiber and high-strength polymer fiber.      Manufactured using an automated winding process      under controlled production conditions,      it is designed to provide consistent inner      dimensions and reliable fitting on compatible      mandrels.

03. SilentShield™ End Protection

The SilentShield™ end design combines      impact buffering with full-end sealing.      This structure is designed to reduce damage      during sleeve handling and help prevent ink      and solvents from penetrating the internal      supporting structure through the sleeve ends.

04. Precision Positioning & Surface Design

Sleeve Ultra™ features a precision-machined      metal positioning slot for reliable positioning.      Its outer surface has also been tested with      major plate mounting tape brands to support      plate mounting and reduce adhesive residue      during plate removal.
