Here are the steps for installing the mold:

Step 1: Prepare the Cutting Blade Module

Begin by preparing the cutting blade module that comes with the mold as part of the package.

Step 2: Create a Small Hole

Locate the concealed screw hole on the uncut product and carefully create a small hole to access it.

Step 3: Secure the Product

Align the uncut product along the left and bottom edges of the cutting blade module. Ensure precise positioning and firmly secure it in place using double-sided tape or adhesive film.

Step 4: Position the Blade

Place the cutting blade edge in the center of the product to ensure even bleed positions on all four sides. Then, position the blade pressure bar on top of the blade.

Step 5: Fix the Blade

Thread the fixing screw through the blade pressure bar and secure it with an M10 hex key, tightening it slightly. Avoid applying excessive force to prevent damage to the blade.

Step 6: Install the Paperboard and Blade Holder

Remove the L-shaped paperboard from the equipment and place it to ensure the product remains flat during cutting. Use a blade holder to secure the blade in the correct position.

Step 7: Remove the Cutting Blade Module

Finally, you can safely remove the cutting blade module while leaving the blade in place, ready to begin the cutting operation.
