In addition to surface and cell inspections, the overall dimensions of the anilox roller must also be carefully confirmed. Our inspectors check the roller length, diameter, journal dimensions, installation positions, and related connection parts to ensure that the roller can be properly installed on the customer’s equipment.
For custom anilox rollers, dimensional accuracy is very important. Excessive dimensional deviation may affect machine installation, running stability, and production efficiency. Therefore, multiple dimensional checks are carried out before shipment to reduce installation risks for customers.

Anilox rollers need to maintain excellent rotational stability during high-speed operation. Dynamic balancing before shipment helps reduce vibration and noise during machine operation, minimize abnormal wear, and support stable production.
Especially for high-speed flexographic printing machines, the balancing performance of the anilox roller can affect print registration, ink transfer, and machine service life. For this reason, dynamic balancing is an important part of our factory inspection process.

After passing the quality inspection, the anilox rollers move to the packaging stage. To prevent collision, moisture, or surface damage during transportation, we use professional packaging according to the product size and shipping method.
The packaging process usually includes anti-rust treatment, moisture protection, soft protective wrapping, roller fixing, and reinforced wooden case packing. For export orders or long-distance transportation, we further strengthen the packaging structure to ensure that the anilox rollers remain safe and stable throughout delivery.
After final inspection and packaging, this batch of anilox rollers has been successfully loaded and shipped. We always focus on both product quality and delivery efficiency.
